Following a discussion of your needs, this will be agreed up front and you will have a service agreement containing all the terms and conditions you need. Payment is very flexible – it can be time based, such as a daily or hourly rate, a fixed fee, a contingency fee – no cure no pay – or a combination of these. If there is a series of claims that need dealing with, then a longer-term arrangement – a retainer – is possible.
