Qwest is a maritime risk management consultancy formed through an innovative partnership between West P&I and C Solutions to provide versatile shipping support.
Qwest brings together the insurance expertise of the West of England and the innovative legal and consultancy skills of C Solutions to offer the maritime industry a suite of tailored products to address those needs. Our experienced team can work alongside and support a client’s in-house functional departments but also offer bespoke services for particular roles or even provide operators with the option of outsourcing a number of their back-office functions.
Completely flexible and able to be tailored to meet each client’s individual needs, Qwest is always there to protect and support ship operators and traders throughout their operations.
The West is a leading insurance provider to the global maritime industry, combining financial strength with outstanding service to help its Members meet the continually evolving liability environment in which shipowners, operators and charterers operate. Their objective is to develop a sound understanding of their Members’ business and commercial objectives and to build trusted partnerships where service is a key component.
A network of regional service centres in London, Piraeus, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York provides help and support to their Members in everything they do.
This philosophy of being responsive and proactive to its Members’ needs has resulted in West entering into strategic collaborations with selected partners in order to expand the products and services available to support ship operators and the wider maritime industry.
